Delivery within Ukraine:
We deliver within Ukraine within 2-10 business days from the moment the order is placed.

In case of refusal to receive the order, the prepayment is not refundable, as it covers packaging and logistics costs.
International shipping:
We deliver worldwide (except for aggressor countries) using Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.
Delivery times depend on the distance to the country.
After crossing the border, we do not have access to parcel tracking – all details regarding the status of the shipment can be checked independently using the tracking number.
International delivery is carried out only on condition of full payment for the goods and delivery (in accordance with the carrier's rates).
Please note: in the event of loss of a parcel by postal services, the carrier is liable for this.
exchange and return policy
You have the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the order. The period begins from the moment the goods are actually received.
Requirements for the condition of goods
In order for an exchange or return to be possible, the goods must meet the following conditions:
- preserved marketable appearance and shape of the product;
- labels, tags, packaging, and other components;
- no foreign odors, contamination, or damage that occurred after purchase;
- the product has not been misused and has not undergone chemical or mechanical treatment.
Return Procedure
To return an item, you must fill out the return form included with your package or use the electronic version. The form contains information about the item, the reason for the return, and your contact details.
After the seller receives and inspects the goods, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
