exchange and return policy You have the right to exchange or return goods within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of your order. The period begins from the moment the goods are actually received.

product condition requirements In order for an exchange or return to be possible, the product must meet the following conditions:

• preserved marketable appearance and shape of the product;
• labels, tags, packaging, and other components;
• no foreign odors, contamination, or damage that occurred after purchase;
• the product has not been misused and has not undergone chemical or mechanical treatment.

return procedure To return a product, you must fill out the return form included with the package or use its electronic version. The form contains information about the product, the reason for the return, and your contact details.

Refunds Once the seller has received and inspected the item, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note: refunds will only be issued once it has been confirmed that the item meets all condition requirements. If the return policy is violated, no refund will be issued.

product exchange Exchanges are made for similar products if the size, color, or model you are interested in is available. If the desired product is not available, you can request a refund.

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and current Ukrainian legislation.

• check the completeness and condition of the goods at the post office or immediately upon receipt;
• keep the packaging and labels until the inspection is complete;
