Delivery and payment

Delivery within Ukraine:

We deliver within Ukraine within 2-10 business days from the moment the order is placed.
Shipments are made by Nova Poshta.

To clarify the approximate delivery date or check the availability of goods, please contact our managers on Direct Instagram @044sport.avenue or by phone at +38 (068) 826-65-20.

We offer two payment options:

1. Full payment online (made when placing an order on the website via convenient online payment services)
2. Cash on delivery with a prepayment of UAH 300 (after placing your order, you will receive an SMS with details for making the prepayment). Important: if the prepayment is not made within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

In case of refusal to receive the order, the prepayment is not refundable, as it covers packaging and logistics costs.

International shipping:

We deliver worldwide (except for aggressor countries) using Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.

Delivery times depend on the distance to the country.

After crossing the border, we do not have access to parcel tracking – all details regarding the status of the shipment can be checked independently using the tracking number.

International delivery is carried out only on condition of full payment for the goods and delivery (in accordance with the carrier's rates).

Please note: in the event of loss of a parcel by postal services, the carrier is liable for this.
